ノーマルはポタージュっぽい。オマール海老のビスク的なイメージ。
 Tantan noodles are not as spicy as they say, so even if you don't like spicy taste, it's okay.
Normal is like a pottage. Bisque image of lobster.

こちらは、霞ヶ関駅直結のビルの1階にある海老専門のお店。
内装のもとてもいい雰囲気です。
緊急事態宣言中のため、ノンアルで乾杯。
ジンジャーエール（ウィルキンソン辛口） 550円
キリッとした大人向けの強めの味が良いですね。
船上茹上げレッドシュリンプ〈冷製〉 770円
頭以外は丸ごと食べることができる、柔らかいエビ。
自然な甘みを感じます。
海老塩のフライドポテト 660円
まるごとのじゃがいもをラフにカットして揚げた一品で、皮はパリッと、中はホクホク。
海老塩の旨味がよく合います。
〆の海老坦々麺 825円
＋大盛 220円
濃厚なエビと胡麻のスープが、中太のモチモチ麺によく合います。
通常は0.5玉のところを、1玉分に増量して楽しみました。
上に乗ったフリットが、いいアクセントになっています。
〆の海老ラーメン 770円
こちらはエビの風味をダイレクトに楽しめました。
お酒が飲めるようになった際に、また伺いたいお店でした。
For dinner yesterday, head to the Shrimp Garden in Kasumigaseki.
This is a shop specializing in shrimp on the first floor of a building directly connected to Kasumigaseki Station.
The interior is also very nice.

Ginger ale (Wilkinson dry) 550 yen
The strong taste for adults is good.
Boiled red shrimp on board 770 yen
A soft shrimp that can be eaten whole except for the head.
I feel the natural sweetness.
Fried potatoes with shrimp salt 660 yen
Roughly cut and fried whole potatoes, the skin is crispy and the inside is fluffy.
The taste of shrimp salt goes well with it.
〆Shrimp Tantan Noodles 825 yen
+ Large serving 220 yen
The rich shrimp and sesame soup goes well with the medium-thick, chewy noodles.
Normally, I enjoyed increasing the amount of 0.5 balls to 1 ball.
The frit on top is a nice accent.
〆Shrimp ramen 770 yen
I enjoyed the shrimp flavor directly here.
It was a shop I would like to visit again when I can drink alcohol.

休日の14時過ぎ、遅めのランチでお友達と利用させていただきました❗️休日かつお昼過ぎだったので人も少なく、静かに過ごすことができました✊
海老が大好きなお友達おすすめのお店で、初めて行きましたが海老の美味しさにほっぺたが落ちました！コースの料理を頼みましたが、写真を見ていただくと分かるように、海老にはじまって海老で終わるコースでした(笑)
最後まで海老を堪能でき、海老をずっと食べていられると思いました✊
1番美味しかったのは、海老フライでタルタルソースとの相性は抜群でカリッとした中の海老のプリッとした具合が最高に美味しかったです‼️
海老好きの人はぜひ、一度立ち寄ってみるといいかと思います?

After 14:00 on the holiday, I used it with my friends for a late lunch ❗️ Because it was a holiday and after noon, there were few people and I was able to spend quietly ✊
I went to this restaurant for the first time, recommended by a friend who loves shrimp, but the deliciousness of the shrimp made me cheek! I asked for the course food, but as you can see from the picture, it was a course that started with shrimp and ended with shrimp (laugh)
I thought I could enjoy the shrimp until the end and could eat the shrimp all the time ✊
The most delicious thing was the fried shrimp, which goes well with the tartar sauce, and the crispy shrimp was the most delicious! ️
