p	pictx heavn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 希望条件を伝え、後日メールにて案内するとの事なので待っていたら、全然条件と違う物件を紹介されました。条件が違うから再度依頼したら1ヶ月連絡なし。電話で問い合わせをしたら連絡しなかった謝罪もなく、むしろ逆ギレの口調で「条件に合うのはありません」。ネットには郡中管理物件で条件に合うのがあるけど、それすら案内しない。ネットにない情報や物件とか聞きたかったのに…情報共有、電話対応、言葉遣い、いずれも最悪です。星0を付けられないのが残念です。目当ての物件があるならどこの不動産でもだいたい仲介できます。こちらは利用しない方がいいです。他の口コミにもあり、同一人物か分らないですがHさんでした。 I was told that I would like to know the desired conditions and will inform you by e-mail at a later date, so when I was waiting, I was introduced to a property that was completely different from the conditions. Y	Yyyy Rrrr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 身バレするので詳細は書けませんが、下っ端社員は社員教育が全く行き届いていなくて放し飼い、当然コンプライアンスのコの字も知りません。その上司も口の聞き方を知らず、井の中の蛙。「ずっと郡山でやってます」だかなんだかがプライドらしいですが、つまり、ずっとこの小さな地方都市しか知らない無能社員が、ずっと適当な仕事しかしてきていないっていうこと。物件オーナーの方ばっかり見て仕事して、借りる側の一般人のことなんてこれっぽっちも考えてない会社です。悪いことは言わない、何かあったら遅いです。他の不動産業者をあたった方が身を守ることに繋がります。 I can't write the details because I'm going to get rid of myself, but the lower-ranking employees aren't well-educated at all and are free-ranging, and of course I don't even know the U-shape of compliance.
