★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フロントガラスが割れ困り果てて、口コミが良かったこちらに連絡しました。「折り返し連絡します」ということで待っていましたが連絡がなく、念の為もう一度確認しましたが、「連絡します」との返事。そこから、全く連絡なし。急いでいたので別のところに頼みました。時間を返して欲しい。リペア技術どうこう以前の問題でガッカリしました。
The windshield was broken and I was in trouble. I was waiting for "I will contact you back" but I did not contact me, I checked again just in case, but the reply "I will contact you". From there, no contact at all. I was in a hurry so I asked for another place. I want you to return the time. Repair Technology I was disappointed with the previous problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飛石でフロントガラスにひび割れが出来て、ディーラーに行くと交換と言われ、ガラス専門店でもやはり交換と言われ困り果ててました。ダメ元でTOP GLASS さんに問い合わせると休日であるにも関わらず緊急に対応してくれました。見事に綺麗にリペアしてくれて感謝です。ありがとうございました。待ち時間も1.5時間位で近くの図書館で過ごせました。本当に助かりました。
The windshield was cracked by stepping stones, and when I went to the dealer, it was said that I had to replace it. When I contacted TOP GLASS without help, he urgently responded to me even though it was a holiday. Thank you for repairing it beautifully. Thank you very much. The waiting time was about 1.5 hours and I was able to spend at the nearby library. That was a really big help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店では断られるような割と大きなヒビでしたがTop glassさんで修理してもらうことができました。 素人目には単純なヒビに見えていたのですが調べてもらうとかなり複雑な傷であることが判明。 傷の状態をしっかりと把握した上で修理してもらえたので満足しています。 古い車のため交換用のガラスが手に入るか分からない状況だったのでとても助かりました。
金銭面でもそれほど高いお店ではないと思うのでオススメだと思います。
It was a big crack that could be refused at other stores, but Top glass was able to repair it. It looked like a simple crack to the untrained eye, but when examined, it turned out to be a fairly complicated scratch. I am satisfied because I was able to repair it after grasping the condition of the scratch. It was very helpful because I didn't know if I could get a replacement glass because it was an old car.
I think it's recommended because I don't think it's a very expensive shop in terms of money.

修理前にどのような傷で、どのような方法でリペアするのかモニター画面を用いて丁寧に説明くださるので、安心してお任せできました。
