池	池田和也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食券制の店。ああ、昔の国道沿いとか、主要な県道沿いはこんなラーメン屋多かったわ・・・。このとん太も多分昔来た気がするんですよね。お店の外の看板にあったメニューなので、文字通り看板メニューだろうと「味噌ラーメン」をオーダー。味噌ラーメン600円とか安いな・・・大盛にして結局750円にしたけど。運ばれて来た瞬間から濃い味噌の香りがして良い感じ。具はネギとモヤシとキクラゲ。スープを一口。おお・・・なんか懐かしい味わいの味噌ラーメン。昔の味噌ラーメンって、これ系統の味多かった気がする。サッポロ味噌ラーメン系が流行った時代なんで、大分前な気がするけど。北海道味噌を使ったラーメンスープで、とても濃厚。ピーナッツ油とゴマ油でコクとまろやかさもある美味しいスープですね。麺は太麺。個人的にはもう少し固茹ででも良かったけど、もちっと感がある太麺で、味噌ラーメンスープにとても合いますね。 A restaurant with a meal ticket system.
