比	比呂 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても洗練された味です。非の打ち所が有りません。チャーシューも唯一無二の味。柔らかくて美味しいです。替え玉は¥100で10玉までいけますががっついて食べるのは勿体無い味です。白ご飯にスープをかけて食べるとこれまた絶品。卓上の沢庵もいけてます。餃子は半世紀ほど前のラーメン屋で良く出てきたスタンダードで懐かしい味です。最後に紅生姜をいれましたがスープの味が勝ってほとんど味変しません。しっかりしたスープです。癖になる味です。 It has a very sophisticated taste. Can choose the spicyness and hardness of the noodles which the waitress will then mark on your ticket. Garlic, salt, pepper and chilli powder is provided to alter the taste of you require it. Major perk, you can refill your bowl for 100yen up to 10 times with noodles. I was pretty full after the first bowl but if you want, you can have essentially bottomless noodles. Price is standard, maybe a little cheaper than normal. Bathrooms clean. Recommended.
