ぎ	ぎょえ〜じゅん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元民に愛される台北家庭料理店。基本的にあっさりした味付けの料理です。台北ラーメンは鶏ガラスープにセロリが効いていて美味しいです。トッピングの豚バラはニンニク醤油を付けながら食べると美味しい。焼き飯はパラパラ系です。餃子は薄めです。揚げ揚げは厚揚げをカットして揚げてます。まあ普通に美味しいです(笑) Taipei home-style restaurant loved by locals. Basically it is a lightly seasoned dish. Taipei ramen is delicious with celery acting on the chicken glass soup. Topping pork belly is delicious when eaten with garlic soy sauce. き	きさきち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 町の中華(台湾)料理屋さんに行ってきました。今回は台湾ラーメンと半チャーハンと、とろみ麺を注文しました。こちらは今主流の台湾ラーメンとは大きく違った見た目です。味は鶏ガラ系ですがセロリやニンニクや多分玉ねぎの皮がアクセントになっています。特筆すべきはラーメンの上に乗っているものがチャーシューではなく煮豚なところです。こちらを甘味のあるニンニク醤油に付けて食べると大変美味しいです。ある程度食べ進めてからニンニク醤油をラーメンにかけると膨らみのある旨味に変化します。ちょっとないタイプのラーメンですので食べてみる価値アリです。人当たりの良い店主と奥さんとお話しているとほっこりしますのでおすすめです。 I went to a Chinese (Taiwanese) restaurant in the town.
