It was a little inconvenient that they could not do separate cehcks for my friend and I. Splitting multiple ways I could understand but a 50/50 seemed like maybe they werent being very accommodating. Nonetheless extremely delicious and will certainly go again.

It is fried in high temp pan for 1 minuet and then it is moved to low temp pan for 4-5 minutes so that the thick pork meat is cooked then move it back to the high temp pan to make it crispy. Price is on the high side, absolutely worth it. Good and friendly service.

Firstly, the "shrimp" (I imagined skinny tempura shrimp) are actually huge prawns the size of a hotdog. I ordered 3, thinking I was hungry. What I got instead were 3 separate plates, each intended to be a full meal on its own, with rice and salad. Each shrimp set was about $20 USD. Taste was delicious, price (due to my error) was high.
