★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そろそろカキフライが始まっていないかと来てみたら店頭にカキフライ定食の表示があり，1500円でしたので入店。先客１で中ほどのテーブルに。お昼メニューは平日限定のようでテーブルメニューには表記ありません。予定通りカキフライ定食を発注，1500円。10分程度の待ちで先客のあとに供されました。この時期にしては大振りのものが５個，続いてごはんとお味噌汁が出ました。また別の器にケチャップ。更に不足時のためかお弁当用のケチャップとからしが出てきます。
早速いただいてみると，サクッ，プリッ，ジュワ～というカキフライ三段活用。口に広がるは牡蠣汁。これは美味い。ソース不要です。今季は早い時期から美味しいカキフライをいただけてかなり満足度上がってます。またお味噌汁も鰹出汁が感じられるもので大変美味しくいただきました。
会計時，店主さん（と思われる方）から，どうだったかと聞かれまして，この時期にしては大振り，ジューシーでとても美味しかったと申し上げましたところ，二度揚げしているといわれてました。低温でじっくり，高温でカラッと感が出ているということかと思います。とにかく美味しかったので次回は評判のとんかつをいただいてみたいと思います。（このお値段は平日ライチタイム限定のようです。）

This season, I am very satisfied with the delicious fried oysters from early on. Also, the miso soup was very delicious because you can feel the bonito broth.
At the time of checkout, the owner (who seems to be) asked me how it was, and when I said that it was big, juicy and very delicious for this time, it was said that it was fried twice. I think that it feels crisp at high temperatures and slowly at low temperatures. Anyway, it was delicious, so next time I would like to have a popular pork cutlet. (This price seems to be limited to lychee time on weekdays.)
