★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は落ち着いた感じでJAZZな感じの音楽が心地よいです。カウンターを案内されました。椅子の下に荷物入れが備え付けられています。
ヒレとロースの合盛りでデザート付きのセットも魅力的でしたが、2000円の極上ロースを注文しました。お肉もボリュームがあり、ご飯の器も大きいのでお腹一杯になりました。白い衣に包まれたお肉がほのかにピンク色で、しっとりとしていて脂も甘くてしつこく無く、とても美味しいです。付合せのキャベツも美味しく付いてきたドレッシングもいい感じです。

今回は、平日限定２０食のこちらのロース定食 税別１３００円を、
こちらのお店は、ＳＰＦ豚を、超低温調理で揚げた衣も真っ白で、豚肉もたペれるギリギリのピンク色で、その柔らかさと脂の甘みが楽しめる、実力店さん。
いやー13000円でコレだけしっかりと、したトンカツが食べられるのは、伊達にグーグルマップレビュー４．２は皆さんの高評価に値する美味しさでした。☺

前情報通り中は他のところよりは少し赤みがある感じかつ、白い衣をまとっていた。
三種の塩・ソースが用意されている。
写真の塩はごはん側から岩塩、藻塩、フランス産塩。
塩で食べるとお肉の甘みが引き立って非常に良い。
ただ、やはり少し甘めのソースをかけて食べるのも親しんだ味の上級版という感じで、これはこれで格別。
平日のお得な定食なんかもあるので次は平日お昼に来るチャンスをうかがいたい。
川崎地区では、とんかつということで少し値は張るがおいしいご飯食べたいと思ったら、ここはお勧めできる一件。

車で来られる方は目の前に7台程度停められるコインパーキングがあります。
お洒落なブロック塀の目隠しがされております。
店内に入るとJAZZが流れており、トンカツ屋さんとは思えないお洒落な佇まいです。
3種類のお塩でいただけます。
トンカツは柔らかくて味わい深く美味しいです。
ご飯の写真を撮り漏れましたが少し大きめな御茶碗でいただけます。
女性の方は少な目をお願いしても良いかも。
男性はちょうど良い感じです（あくまでも主観です。）
膳はデザートも付いてました。
大満足です。

たまに重くてもいいもの食べたいならいって損はないお店です。
限定20食のカレーを食べましたが男性は十分以上、女性は多いかもしれません。
あとカレーには付いてませんが手作りのサラダドレッシングおいしかったです。ニンニクが効いていて添加物なし手作りだそうで1000円売っていたので思わず買っちゃいました。また来ます～。
