ロースカツ定食 1980円 をいただきました。ロースカツは値段相応に柔らかくて美味しかったです。
火曜日の12:45に入店、13:05に料理提供でした。12:55に売り切れの札を出していました。
 Visited during a business trip in September 2021.
I received a low cutlet set meal of 1980 yen. The roasted sardines were soft and delicious for the price.
We entered the restaurant at 12:45 on Tuesday and served food at 13:05. I was putting out a sold-out bill at 12:55.

独りでいくと靴を脱いで一階のカウンターへ。2人以上は階段登って2階へ。もうここらあたりから品のいい感じがする。
値段はどれも1980円。シンプルな感じ。
卓上にはヒマラヤ岩塩と醤油。ソースはバランスのいい味
カラッとしっかり揚げのとんかつは、文句なく美味しい。
川崎の街に不似合いなほどに品がいいのは、逆に言えば個性があるわけではない。万人に勧められるというのは、わざわざ人を誘っていくというほどでもないのが唯一の欠点なのかも。
優等生ならではの悩みは贅沢だろうか。

The crispy and firm fried pork cutlet is absolutely delicious.
The fact that it is so good that it doesn't look good in the city of Kawasaki does not mean that it has individuality. Perhaps the only drawback is that being recommended to everyone is not enough to invite people.
Is the worries unique to honor students a luxury?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりと美味しいトンカツを頂けます。1人での利用が多いですが、いつも二階の座敷でまったりした時間を過ごしています。
定食は税込1980円。いつもロースカツですが、ポークチャップも美味しそうでした。
漬物や玄米茶も美味しい。
You can enjoy delicious pork cutlet in a calm atmosphere. It is often used by one person, but I always spend a relaxing time in the tatami room on the second floor.
The set meal is 1980 yen including tax. It's always loin cutlet, but the pork saute looked delicious.
Pickles and brown rice tea are also delicious.

オーダーを通してから作り始めるので、出来上がるまで15～20分程かかる。
トンカツはやはり値段相応で柔らかいがちゃんと歯ごたえもありモチっとした食感で美味しい。
二階建てで、1階が1人～2人用で畳敷きに掘りごたつのようなカウンター席のみ。
2階は2人～用のテーブル席
コロナ対策の関係で隣を開けて座るので、空いてるように見えても、待たないといけない場合あり。
1階は扉が開けっ放しになっており、入口付近は風が吹き込むので結構寒い。
Tonkatsu restaurant with a calm atmosphere
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete because we start making after ordering.
Tonkatsu is still reasonably priced and soft, but it is also chewy and delicious with a chewy texture.
It is a two-story building, and the first floor is for 1 or 2 people, and there are only counter seats that look like digging on tatami mats.

The door is left open on the first floor, and the wind blows near the entrance, so it's quite cold.

お肉をテンダライジング（切れ目）をザクザクに入れて、挽肉寸前のモノを
柔らかいとんかつと謳っている
この事が恥ずかしいくらいに、
ココでは必要最低限の切れ目だけで
お肉を柔らかなジューシーとんかつに仕上げます。
私が豚料理専門店をしていた頃はココがベンチマーク店。
香の物も古漬け寸前が美味い
久しぶりに来ても、
変わらない素晴らしさでした。
