林ポーク?だが肉の味があまりしない
柔らかさは凄くあり臭みもないので
柔らかい肉を好む人にはオススメです！

平日の13:00過ぎに行くと、数組待ちがありました。
中と外に丸椅子が４脚あり、座って待つことが出来ます。
少し待って、１列のカウンター席に案内されました。
林SPFのロースかつ定食1250円を頼みました。
ご飯、キャベツはおかわり無料。
豚汁のおかわりも一回目無料ということです。
ちなみに二回目からは100円。
卓上には、ソースとヒマラヤ岩塩が置いてあります。
正にこがねという感じの黄金色の衣。
パン生地のサクッとした食感が楽しめました。
お肉には、中心までまんべんなく火が通っており、噛むと脂や旨味が口の中に弾ける感じです。
お皿にのっている間にも熱が伝わりますので、お肉は後半になるほど微妙に固くなっていきました。
やはり、最初の一口が一番美味しかったです。
パウダー状のヒマラヤ岩塩を少し振ると、お肉の甘味が強調されます。
ご飯と豚汁、お肉のサイズもややコンパクトで、軽めに食べられて調度良かったです。

When I went after 13:00 on weekdays, there were several groups waiting.
There are 4 round chairs inside and outside, so you can sit and wait.
After waiting for a while, I was guided to a row of counter seats.
I ordered Hayashi SPF loin and a set meal of 1250 yen.
Free refills of rice and cabbage.
The first refill of pork soup is also free.
By the way, 100 yen from the second time.
Sauce and Himalayan rock salt are placed on the table.
A golden garment that feels like a kogane.
I enjoyed the crispy texture of the bread dough.
The meat is cooked evenly to the center, and when chewed, it feels like the fat and umami pop in your mouth.
The heat is transferred while it is on the plate, so the meat became slightly harder in the latter half.
After all, the first bite was the most delicious.
Shake the powdered Himalayan rock salt a little to emphasize the sweetness of the meat.
The size of the rice, pork soup, and meat was a little compact, and it was light and well-prepared.

良質な脂をいただくとはこのことなんだろうなぁ〜と
極みのロースを頂きましたが胃にくるくどさがなく鹽によく馴染む感じで食べられます。
お肉自体は良く叩いているので、
かなり柔らかくなっております。
店内は間口がかなり狭いので、出入りの時など大変ですが、そのおかげで家賃に対してこのくらいの値段で豚かつが食べられているのだろうと感じる次第です。
お水やお茶がおかわりが頻繁にできない点が個人的には少し辛いですが間違いなく美味しいお店です(^-^*)ﾚﾓﾚﾓ♪

I wonder what it means to have good quality fat.
I got the best loin, but I can eat it with a feeling that it fits well in the salt without being stuffy in the stomach.
The meat itself is beaten well, so
It has become quite soft.
The frontage of the restaurant is quite narrow, so it's difficult to get in and out, but thanks to that, I feel that pork is being eaten at this price for the rent.
Personally, it's a bit painful that water and tea can't be refilled frequently, but it's definitely a delicious restaurant (^-^ *) Remo Remo ♪
