特選とんかつ定食をいただきました。
大手町で1000円の割にパフォーマンス高いと思います！次はカツカレーをいただきたいと思います。テーブルにコロナ飛散防止の衝立がありますが、隙間が無さすぎてほとんど会話ができないという難点だけ（笑）

ロースかつ定食700円（ごはん、味噌汁おかわり自由）
付け合わせはキャベツのみ。シンプルながら、美味しかったです。
かつは少し脂身が強かったですが、ロースなのでしょうがないかな。
米、美味しい。とんかつに赤だしのシジミ味噌汁はかなり嬉しい。
日本橋という立地で、かけるべきとこにかけて、余計なものがない感じで、好感がもてます。あと料理人？店長さん？とても愛想が良かったです。
ごちそうさまでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大手町のサラリーマン御用達のとんかつまるや。ロースかつ、ヒレ、かつカレーなど種類も豊富で回転も比較的良く、ランチで程度に美味しいとんかつが食べれるお店。
カレーはレトルトっぽい感じですが、かつはサクサクに揚げてあり、ソースをかけて美味しくいただきました。
お店の外ではお弁当も売っていて、大繁盛のお店です。

清潔で明るい店で対応も良く、注文してから調理するのでとても美味しいです。

勤務地たる大手町ビルヂング。
その地下二階に存するとんかつまるや。
大手町界隈のおっさんリーマンを中心に昼飯時にはとても長い行列が発生する人気のお店。
今回は一人で開店直後にカウンター席に通される。
（晩飯や飲みならともかく昼飯は一人で食うのが好みである。人の好き嫌いに左右されたくないってのが大きな理由。コロナもあるし。）ロースかつ定食、700円。
ご飯、味噌汁お代わり無料。
色々と感じるところがある食後のインプレッション。
まず、味噌汁から。
濃厚で少しばかり塩味が強く出すぎているのか、煮詰まっちゃってるのか旨味を感じない。
赤出汁はカツには相性が良く無い。
今すぐに赤出汁は中止すべき。
それとキャベツ、これがカットはバラバラで食いにくいし、瑞々しさが皆無。
もそもそとしたなんとも貧相な品。
無料のお代わりを中止すると掲示されているが、到底お代わりをしたくなるような代物ではない。
我が家の妻の千切りの方が3割旨しである。
さてと白飯、炊き立てとは程遠く、モサッとした食感は大盛りにした自分を責めたくなるほど。
さあ、主賓たるロースかつであるが、かなり大きめではあるがこれがまたまた残念極まる。
コロモはガリガリ、肝心要のカツは筋っぽいし、脂身ばかりで脆弱なるランチタイム用に敢えて700円なんだから、この位でいいんじゃね？と適当にまとまるようにと選別したに違いないなと確信させてしまう物悲しき品。
当店の運営会社はとんかつ日本一を目指していると高らかに公サイトに掲載されている。
であれば、今すぐにでも商品開発部が総出で和幸だの、まい泉だのに日参して自社の至らなさを噛み締めるべきだ。
当店グループの日本一の頂への道程は果てしなく遠い、遠すぎる。
