★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事業団って期待はずれ。介護業界が信用できなくなった。でも、利用者さんのご家族も施設に入れたら終わりじゃないでしょ、季節に合わせた準備品は必ず持参してくださいね。あなたも利用者になったら、自分自身が惨めな思いすることになるのですよ。介護者もピンキリ、病院もそうだけど、優劣で給与をピンキリにすれば、やる気も出すんじゃない？仕事しないできないのに正職員とか、ほんと期待はずれ。
