★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母が入る老人ホームを自宅近くで探していましたが、何処から探していいのか途方に暮れインターネットで検索していると、自宅近くにあるハッピータイムケアさんを見つけました。お電話して、まずは事務所を訪問して相談にのって頂きました。女性の相談員さんが対応して下さり、予算や希望地域、老人ホームがどういう所か詳しく教えて頂きました。施設見学にも同行して下さり、入居するまでお手伝いをしてもらい助かりました。母も今では施設のスタッフさんや他の入居者さんと仲良くなり楽しく暮らしています。とても良い施設を紹介して頂き有り難うございました。
I was looking for a nursing home near my home where my mother would go, but I was at a loss as to where I could find it, and when I was searching on the Internet, I found Happy Time Care near my home. Called us and first visited the office for consultation. A female counselor responded and told me in detail about the budget, the desired area, and the nursing home. I was accompanied by a facility tour and helped me until I moved in. My mother is now getting along with the facility staff and other tenants and living happily. Thank you for introducing a very good facility.
