★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 痛み止めの薬は効きましたかと聞かれたので、それほど効き目はなかったと答えると、じゃあやめましょうと言われ他の薬を出すでもなく診察終了。患者の痛みをどうにかしてくれるのが医者だと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長先生はちょっとコワモテで、事実だけを淡々とお話しするので、もしかしたらちょっと冷たく感じてしまう人もいるかもしれない。でも、診察ってそういうものではないでしょうか。この辺は整形外科が少ないので、ありがたいです。スタッフさんは元気で明るい人ばかりで好印象です。
The director is a little bit crazy and talks only about the facts, so some people may feel a bit cold. But isn't that a kind of examination? This area is less than orthopedic, so thankful. The staff members are all good and cheerful.

原因が判らないのは仕方が無いとしても、先生の対応が「理由が解らないんだよな～。取り敢えず薬効いてるのなら同じの出しておくよ」・痛がっているのを見て「大袈裟過ぎない？」的で少しイラッとしたのを覚えてます
結局、病院を変えたところその日に原因も判明
普通のお医者さんでは中々見つけられない症状らしいのですが…その対応で通うのは辞めました
ちょっとした怪我等であれば良いかもしれません
近くて便利だっただけに残念です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 症状を言おうとしてすぐに結論を出されてしまい的確なのかよくわからないまま終わってしまいました。結構痛かったのに30秒ほどしか時間を取ってもらえず残念です。患者に寄り添って欲しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回初めて行きました。1階に行ったら眼科やった(笑)
よく見たら２階が整形外科でした。特に予約してなかったので、１時間以上待って診察。
まぁまぁ予想通りの答えで、レーザー？で治療。なるべく通ってくださいとの事。シップを下の薬局で買って帰りました。診察した医師は院長らしい。対応は普通ですね。しばらく通います。

症状に対して画像と照らし合わせて、説明してくれるのでわかりやすい。
受付の方も丁寧で、明るく接してくれました。
看護師さんたちは、テキパキ働いていて好感が持てました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 交通事故による怪我で行きましたが、全く今回のこととは関係のない過去の足のけが(受診は15年以上前で全く違う病院)に対してのお説教をされました。その説教にたいしキレたものの謝罪は一切無し。
過去の怪我を治さなかったのはその時の医者の対応なので、その医者にするべき説教をなぜ私が受けなければならないのか。
侮辱罪で訴えますよ。そしてふつうなら会計時に「先生が失礼なことをいってすみません」などと受付スタッフが言うもんなんですけどね。すべてのスタッフがどうしようもなく可哀想な人間なんだなと思いました。自分の息子娘が社会に出て人様に迷惑かけたのに謝罪もできないなんてあなた方のご両親が知ったらどう思うんだろうね。謝罪をすることを教えてくれないご両親に育てられたスタッフというのが採用条件なのかな★
ちなみに今回の怪我で足をおさえて、「ここ痛い？」と聞いてくるのですが、痛かったから痛いと答えたのに「え、ここだよ？これでいたい？痛くないでしょ」と自分が痛いと言って欲しいところ以外で言われるのが嫌なご様子でした。靴も自分の足の障害に合わせて履いているのに、そんなくつ履いたらダメだと説教。それにたいして説明しても、謝罪なし。謝ることを覚えましょうね♪
