料理が美味しいに尽きるのですが、まず野菜が新鮮。
そして野菜の焼き加減、ハンバーグの作り方、パフェ作りの丁寧さなどなど料理を頼むほどにマスターの腕前の良さがよくわかる。
私は今度はみんなにこっそりでパフェを食べに行くのです。ほほほ。
自分はいままで知れなかったことを悔やみました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらの洋食屋さんという感じ。店内で喫煙出来るので愛煙者には嬉しいが、吸わない方は気になると思います。駐車場もあるようですが、どこかわからなかったので、新清水駅近くの駐車場に止めていきました。
メニューも豊富だし、値段もそんなに高くない。
ハンバーグは今時の肉肉しさはないけれど、私が好きな味！！程よくホロホロするんだけど、肉汁はきちんと！付け合わせの野菜やパスタも美味しくて、食欲が増進させられてしまう。
サラダ風なピザがとっても美味しくて、生ハムも美味。懐かしさもありながら、新しい斬新さもある料理たち。
星4つなのは、他のお客さんがいなかったのに提供時間が長めだったところ。混んでいる時は結構待つのかもしれない。
他のメニューも食べてみたい！と思う、リピート確定のお店。

The number of stars is 4 because the service time was long even though there were no other customers. When it's busy, you may have to wait a long time.

静鉄新清水駅から徒歩で約３分程の距離に有るお店。自動車で来なくても便利なお店だと思う。
初めての方は怪しい!と思うに違いない（笑）
ハンバーグセット1300円を頼みました。ソースはデミグラスソースかと思いきやどちらかと言うとパスタのミートソースに近い物です。やや酸味が勝ってますハンバーグと良く合う仕上がりです。付け合せの野菜はおいしかッタな〜ぁ?癖になる味はまた食べたくて仕方なくなりますよ食事の最後はコーヒーが出てきて1300円は良いんじゃ無いの?ただ残念なのが外装でやってるんだか、やってないんだか解らない玄関ドアのOPENの表示だけがしかし廃墟か?と思わせる外観の迫力に押されて、その唯一の営業を知らせる看板が、目に入らない?腕が良いだけに残念です?ご馳走様でした有難うございます。
