お店側が予約を把握できておらず、お店に入ろうと自動ドアを開けると「◯◯さん！？◯◯さん！？」と聞かれ、違う事を告げると「うちじゃないよ、それは。」と言われました。
団体客の予約が入っていたようで、テンション高く聞かれ、違う事を伝えるとあからさまに嫌そうな態度でした。
その後予約が入っていたことが分かるも、謝罪の言葉は一切ありませんでした。
対応最悪でした。二度と行きません。
