★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明治28年開業なので。レトロな駅舎かな❓と期待したが、全く違っていた。まるで地方の新幹線?の駅のように近代化されていて、昔の面影はない。駅前の商店街も閉業が目立つ。
2021年１１月１日(月)に笠間市友部地区の街歩きで訪れた。
It was opened in 1887. I expected it to be a retro station building ❓, but it was completely different. It's modernized like a local Shinkansen ? station, and it doesn't look like it used to be. The shopping street in front of the station is also conspicuously closed.
I visited on Monday, November 1, 2021 while walking around the Tomobe district of Kasama city.

改札前にミニストップあり。（コーヒー買える）
改札内は自動販売機のみです
A new and beautiful station.
The station staff at the counter is also a good impression.
