★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever just because I was not a Japanese customer and I look like I could not afford Zara stuff. I was treated with so much discrimination. I asked for the store manager and the service crew lied to my face that there is no Store manager available. After further prompting, I managed to find one and he gave me the store manager business card, Eito Shimura, and even with that no one apologised. I have so much respect for service crew being an ex service crew myself. This is truly appalling for such a big chain such as this. Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many defective products sold at Zara, Osaka Namba Japan. This product is priced at 7990 yen. When I pay, I have to pay 9990 yen.
I asked the staff why it was so, and she said it was wrong. Not only this shirt but also the pants, 3900 yen, when I paid 4900 yen, I didn't take those pants.
Staff said wrong price, but why have 2 different products confused. And I noticed that the attitude of Japanese staff and foreign customers is not good, it seems disdain.
When the other shirt was brought home, it was discovered that it was torn. In addition, while shopping, I discovered many different products.
This is the last time I buy products at Zara, it's a very bad place in terms of products, prices and staff attitude.
