★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すべてのトゥモローランドのなかで一番最悪のお店。トゥモローはスタッフの対応とかがちょうどよくて好きだけどここだけは別。品揃えに文句はないけどスタッフがとにかく不快。ちゃんと教育してるのか？
 The worst shop of all TOMORROWLAND. Tomorrow likes the way the staff works, but it ’s different. There is no complaint in the assortment, but the staff is uncomfortable anyway. Are you educating properly?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだいるのに、ハンガーに並んだ正面のデザインを見るのにハンガーを横に出してほぼ同じ状態に戻す、店員さんに迷惑かからないように元にできるだけ戻すように、と見ている私の後をついてきて、
触ったところを直す。
こんな感じの悪いことありますか？
なぜ今直す？
レディースに2019.9.29 21:00くらいにいた女性スタッフ。
感じ悪いですよ。
だから、2と低い評価なのでは？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トゥモローランドめっちゃ好きなのですが、ルミネカード10%オフの期間はお客さんの民度が死ぬほど下がるので本当に気分が悪いです…。良いものを買おうと来るんだからもうちょっと商品の扱いとか考えたらいいのにーレジもめっちゃ並びますしね…でもプロパーで買うのもなあと思い足が遠のいてます。
I really like Tomorrowland, but I feel really sick during the 10% off LUMINE CARD as the demographic of the customers will drop so much that I die... Since I come to buy good things, I should think about how to handle the products a little more, but the cashiers will be lined up too... But I'm far from thinking that I should buy it at proper price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トゥモローランド史上最悪の店舗。終始上から目線の接客、歯切れの悪い商品説明、近くにお客さんがいるにも関わらずダベリ合う店員達。商品の価格帯とサービスが全く釣り合っておらず、ブランドイメージを著しく低下させられた。全員お隣のアローズさんで接客研修した方が良いのでは？
別の店舗を利用する事を強くお勧めします。
The worst store in Tomorrowland history. From the top to the bottom, customer service, crisp product explanations, and clerk who meet each other despite the fact that there are customers nearby. The price range of the product and the service were not balanced at all, and the brand image was significantly deteriorated. Isn't it better for everyone to have a customer service training with Mr. Arrows next door?
We strongly recommend that you use another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんはピンキリ。イケてるピンよりの担当を捕まえると楽しい。私は固定の店員さんに何年も担当して貰ってるので、ハズレはない。ハズレがない店員を捕まえるという客の努力が実らさないと、ファッションというものは楽しめないと思う。
商品種類は少ないが、高島屋のトゥモローランドは客層も落ち着いてて良い。私は、この2店舗の使い分けをしている。
The clerk is a bit stingy. It is fun to catch responsibilities from IKEI PIN. I have been taking charge of a fixed clerk for many years, so there is no losing. I think that fashion can not be enjoyed unless the customer's efforts to catch clerks without losers are fulfilled.
Although there are few kinds of products, Tomorrowland of Takashimaya can be calm in the customer base. I use these two stores differently.

オンラインストアでは VIRTUSIZE というツールでサイズ感を測れるのですが、高額なこともありスタッフさんに実際に聞いてみたいと思い電話したところ、VIRTUSIZE から提案されたサイズから１サイズ大きめを勧められました。実際に商品が届いたところとても良いサイズで本当に感謝しています。とても親切な対応、ありがとうございました。

メンズフロアの面積は狭いですが、レディースフロアは広くて商品数も多いです。
ここの店員はお洒落でいつも着こなしを参考にして買い物しています。
服のみならず、アクセサリー類やバッグ等も手の混んだデザインで好きです。
