★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まつり縫いが取れたのでやり直してもらいたかったのですが、普通に正規料金との事でした。領収書とかでもダメとの事で、一ヶ月前6000円も使って直したのはなんだったんだろう(泣 自宅から服を持ち込むのも大変だと思ってたんですが、まさか有料だとは。。。またまつり縫いが毎月取れて1000円払って維持していくのかと考えると服を捨てるか、再度やり直すかで迷ってます。皆さんも気をつけてください。

Spelling is big but Katakana notation is big. I thought hemming 1200 yen was expensive, but the other stores in the surroundings were even more expensive. It would be better not to say "in front of the chest (finished in centimeters)" before other customers (enough to indicate numbers)

2019/07/10 上記より小さな穴のポケット補修でも料金表で1500円となってるので1500円かかった。また、問答無用で10日後の仕上がり。仕上がり時期にかなり大きなバラツキがあるようだ。

長年とてもお世話になっていますが、きょぅは不愉快なことがありました。革のパンツにボタンを付けてもらえるか電話で問い合わせると三日の工期、ひとつ500円と聞いていたのですが、採寸してからさんざん待たされ革だからひとつ1,200円、計6,000円で工期は一週間と言われました。500円、3日と電話で聞いたと伝えると、2,500円の4日後お渡しと変わりました。気の弱い人だったら散々だったと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コートの丈詰めやスカートの直しなど５回ほど利用して問題なかったので、新品のトップス(三万ほどで買った。私にしては高い)を持参し、希望のサイズに直せる※幅出し かをしっかり確認して、出来るとのことで依頼したが、仕上がりを見たら希望より三センチも短く詰められていた。
話が違う、これじゃ着れないと言うと、やり直しを申し出られ、同時に、勝手に糸をほどきはじめた。が、とても繊細な生地でしたので直すと目立つところに針の跡が残ってしまう状態になってて、どうしようもなく、、、服がダメになりました。
納得がいかなかったため、弁償を求めてルミネに苦情だしたが、当事者間の解決をと言われてなにもしてくれず、たらい回しになり、最後はビッグママ本社の、役員という人から掛かってきて、謝罪どころか、そもそも最初に直せるとかそんな確認はされてないし直せるとも言ってない、と、こちらが嘘をついているというように、言い倒されました。あまりにもひどい言われようで、膝が震えました。さすがに直し料金(前払いだった)はルミネから返金されましたが、服が駄目になり、本当にひどい目に合いました。作業も事後対応もとてもプロの仕事とは思えません。同じ目に合うかたが二度と出ないように心から願います

I was dissatisfied, so I complained to LUMINE asking for reparation, but it was said to be a solution between the parties and it did nothing, it ended up being a mess, and at the end it was hung from an officer at the Big Mama headquarters. Instead of saying an apology, I was told that this was a lie, saying that I could not fix it in the first place, nor did I say that I could fix it. My knees quivered because I was told so badly. As expected, the repair fee (which was paid in advance) was refunded from LUMINE, but the clothes were ruined and it was really terrible. I don't think that the work and the response are very professional work. I sincerely hope that no one will meet the same eyes again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カットソーの小さいパーツの付け直しで10日近く日数がかかったうえ服の購入価格を上回る金額を取られた。引取時も、有料の手提げは要らないからなにか服を包める簡単な袋だけほしかったが無いと言われた 非常にケチな印象。
