対応がとても丁寧で、不明な点は手取り足取り教えて下さり、たいへん助けられました。
私の勝手な事情により、契約を結ぶことはありませんでしたが、断りを申し入れた際も、たいへん快い対応をして下さいました。
トランク自体は衛生上、防犯上、共に問題ないように思います。近い将来トランクを借りる際は必ずここにしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モノ作りをしているのですが、その作品に使う材料、道具を置くのに利用させてもらっています。荷物の出し入れの回数と量が多いのですが冷暖房完備なので快適に出し入れの作業ができるのと、清潔感のある店内の広さはストレスを感じることが全くありません。手続きの時にかかる無駄な費用もなく、納得のいく満足度で利用させてもらっています。渋谷・原宿へのアクセスも近くて東急ハンズで買った材料もトランクにすぐにしまえるので大変便利です。
