古い物件なども取り扱ってますが、社長さんのセンスで、今風のお洒落な家に変えて売り出したりしていて、とても面白い!!と思います。

まず目についたのは、壁紙、床板等のセンスの良さです。そのままでも十分雰囲気が良いのですが、買い手によって好みの雰囲気にカスタマイズしやすいようにシンプルかつお洒落な雰囲気にしあがっています。
次に挙げる点としては、オプション(家具)の充実です。まとめ売りをウリにしているのか、家の雰囲気に合った家具(ソファ、テレビ… 等)が数点配置されています。またどの物件も総合的に見てキッチンが広く見通しも良いため、子育てをしながら料理をするお母さんも子供への目が届きやすいように感じます。
最後に、物件の見学は社長自らが行っているのですが、対応の丁寧さと購入後希望に合わせ細かい点の調整を行ってくれる対応力の高さは感心させられるものがあるのではないかと思いました。
家具を物件とまとめ買いすると大抵が普通に買うより安く済みます。当分無駄な出費なく、お得に。かつ将来自分好みに家をカスタマイズしたい、そんな家族におすすめします。
