A	AQUA MAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9月に宿泊したのですが自分も口コミみたので警戒しましたがちょっとクセのありそうなご主人でしたが別におかしな対応はされませんでした、普通に話もしましたし。チェックイン時間とか守れば大丈夫なんじゃないでしょうか？これも口コミに書かれてますがお部屋は旅館と言うより民宿。ご飯は量もありますし美味しいです。 I stayed in September, but I was wary because I also saw word of mouth. W	Wakabayashi Masahiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入り口に入ると熊とイタチが迎えてくれます。温度検査もしっかりやってくれます。部屋は必要最低限のシンプルなものですが布団はかなり柔らかくて寝やすかったです。電球もLEDに変えられていて本を読みやすかったです。こういうの家にありがちなエアコンがうるさいと言うトラブルもなく快適に眠ることができました。風呂場のシャワーは圧力があってかなり快適です。朝食をいただきましたがおいしかったです。女性客の場合、他のお客さんと距離が近いので少し大変かもしれません。私個人としては快適に過ごすことができました。 A bear and a weasel will welcome you when you enter the entrance. K	Kan SUIDOU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年8月に初めて利用しました。当初宿泊するはずだった宿までの道路が、通行止めになってしまい、急遽こちらの宿が空きが有ったので予約しました。ロケーションも国道沿いだし、外観も特に驚くことも無いこちらの宿。ですが！夕食を見てびっくり。。豪華すぎる程のボリュームです。魚介が盛りだくさん★美味しい✩.˚ カレイの煮付け・ホヤ・ヒラメとホタテの刺身・牛肉とシシトウ、新玉ねぎの蒸し物・メカブ・漬物・白子とカブのあら汁等等★素晴らしいです。これだけで満腹で、ご飯のお代りは出来ませんでした笑最高でした。 I used it for the first time in August 2021. Y	YUUSUKE ABO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25泊の旅行で、24泊目にこの川野荘を選んだ事は本当に失敗だった。￥300のコインランドリーを使おうとして洗剤が見当たらなかったので主人に尋ねたところ、ありません。･･･え？？ないんですか？と普通に聞き返したらどこの宿でも洗剤はあるのか？用意してくれるのが当たり前だと思っているのか？お願いしますだろ、嫌なら使わなくていいと突然キレ出した。特に尖った言い方をしたつもりは無かったし、チェックイン(遅刻無し)からその時点まで特に自分の行動に心当たりはなかったが、とりあえず謝って洗剤を使わせて貰った(あるんかい！)。その後もやたら噛み付いてくるのでその場を去って部屋に戻って口コミを見て納得、まさか大クセ有名人だったとは。客によって態度を変えそうなタイプなので口コミが2極化してるのでは？朝食のTVナシと塩辛いシャケはガチ。夕食はボリュー厶有りで味は中の下。奥さんと息子？の対応は若干不気味感はあるがまぁ普通。夕食、炊飯器の中に長い髪の毛が入っていた(これは朝食の時もずっとあった)が、これは他の宿でもたまにある事。客層は現場作業員が多く、朝食が朝6時～、料金前払い、ビジネス向けの宿らしい。旅行でこの宿を使うのは雰囲気ぶち壊しなのでオススメ出来ないが、泊まるなら冷やかしかそれなりの覚悟を持って行きましょう。結論、二度と泊まらん！ It was a real failure to choose this Kawano-so for the 24th night on a 25-night trip. Imayama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張で利用しましたが、これまでに経験した最悪レベルの宿でした。理由は、主人に誠意がまるでない、トイレ風呂は共同、汚い部屋で窓にはカーテンなし（朝陽が眩しくて翌朝気付いた）、洗濯機はあるが乾燥機はなし等々です。一日仕事から帰ってお風呂を利用しようとしたら水しか出ず冷たくてしょうがない。主人に言おうとしたら夜８時過ぎは自宅？に帰ってるので何かあった場合は電話でと連絡先番号の張り紙が。つまり夜8時以降は管理者が誰もいない宿ということです。それで電話しましたが全く出ず。しょうがないので水で体を洗って我慢。翌朝その件を主人に言ったら「他の客のシャワーの使い方が悪いからボイラーが止まったんだろう」とまるで他人事で自分には関係ないと言わんばかり。詫びの一つもなし。電話がつながらかった点を追及したら初めて「ああすいませんね」とちっとも悪びれずに一言謝った。まあ他にも色々ありましたが、当時他のホテルが満杯だったのにここだけ空きがあった理由が何となくわかりました。 I used it on a business trip, but it was the worst inn I had ever experienced.
