年配者が多め。サウナではたまに喋る方いて落ち着かないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会員で通ってます。２４時間営業という割には、セルフに時間が長いです。特に土日は営業時間が短すぎます。最近、混雑してきてマシンの待ちがあります。お風呂が炭酸泉？なのですが、壊れてるのかな？って感じ。泡が出て無くない。

サウナもいい感じでお風呂がおすすめ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facility, professional friendly staff and good deal (they run specials now and then). All types of plans and amenities. Bicycle parking underneath, convenient to subway. Free weights, many machines, beautiful pool, locker room has sauna, hot/cold pool, bathing area, lockers, etc. very nice set up and very good price for all you get with your membership. Gym is 24 hours. Staff is there during most of the day (ex. 9am to 11pm). If you visit before or after that time (locker room/pool/bath area closed), but you can go directly up to 3rd floor to utilize the machines and free weights.
