Free parking for the first 2 hours. It is on the 3rd basement floor and goes in and out using the elevator from the 1st floor entrance. There is also a surveillance camera, and the risk of theft is likely to be quite low. It is useful for bicycle parking when you go to this famous ramen restaurant in this neighborhood.

The only way to get in or out is by the elevator, interesting design. It looks pretty secure. Minus point on: you cannot pay by e-money (edy, suica, etc), it's cash only. That's pretty inconvenient.
