様子を見ていると、トイレの便座の裏を拭いた後の雑巾で手洗いの掃除を洗っていました。注意しても何とも思わないらしく、何故いけないのか、わからない様子でキョトンとしていました。
また、シャワーヘッドも壊されたようで、ヘッドが回らなくなっていました。
その事で苦情を言うと、せせら笑いをされた上謝りもしませんでした。
正直星一つもつけたくないくらいです。同じ様な人が出ないよう、書き込ませていただきました。デパートに入っていたので、安心してお願いしたのですが、本当にとんでも無かったです。衛生面の教育も全く行われていないし、バレなければ何をやってもいいと思っているのかとゾッとしました。
本当に最低なところでした。もう二度と頼みません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の人の書き込み同じであまり良くなくて換気扇が壊れてしまった。東急ベルのハウスクリーニングっていっても東急の社員じゃなくて、委託されてる会社の人が来る。この会社の対応が雑。
直るまでにすごく時間が掛かってしまった。
他の東急ベルのサービスは良いのに残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低最悪な会社です。星一つもつけたくありません。もう2度と、絶対に利用しません。家具に傷をつけられ、3ヶ月経過した今でも、保険会社のOKが出ないと原状回復をしないまま、のらりくらりとろくに連絡も取れず、誠意のある対応をしません。掃除も雑で汚く素人レベル、何もできないバイトを1人にカウントして連れて来ます。大手の系列だから保証もしっかりしているだろうと信頼して依頼した自分が馬鹿でした。こういう目に遭う方がもういないように祈ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メールでしつこいぐらい宣伝してきますが、問い合わせても電話がなかなか繋がりません。いつも混雑しています。エアコンのクリーニングをお願いしましたが、みなさんの言う通りアルバイトの若い子が来てどんくさかったです。さらにエアコンが故障してしまい水漏れを起こしたので電話しましたが繋がるまでにすごく時間がかかって困りました。その後の連絡も遅く、二度とお願いしたくないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水回り全部のセットを頼みましたが、2名のうち1人がアルバイトの人で遅刻してきました。
さらにその場でやり方を教えられてお風呂の作業をしていましたが、とても頼りなかったです。
他の場所も汚れ残りがありましたが、『これ以上は落ちませんねー』と言われてそのまま終わり。
去年他社でやってもらったときは落ちたと言ったら、『経年で染み込んできてしまっているので…』みたいな事を言われてやはりそのままでした。
今までは毎年他社で頼んでいて、しっかり汚れを落としてもらっており、作業に文句を言ったことは一度もありませんでした。
今回はハガキが来たので試しに頼みましたが大失敗でした。

最初の頃はいかにも慣れたベテランの人2人でしたが、他の方が言うように何もできないアルバイトを連れてきます。
実際には1人でやってるような感じで、作業時間も大幅増し。
それでいて金額は毎年ほぼ同じ。
この会社は客を馬鹿にしてるとしか思えない。
専門のスタッフがお伺いしますって書いてあるけど。
同じようなハウスクリーニング会社はたくさんあるので、来年は別を検討しようかなと思ってます。
