They really are a clinic incapable of accommodating to foreigners (even when fluent in Japanese) and patients who have frequent travel schedules. I had to push back an August appointment to September due to a work trip and they wanted to charge me ¥5,400 yen because that would have put a little more than 6 months in between my last appointment. It seems 6 months is the unbendable “rule”. Also, they’re not the friendliest nor the politest team I’ve had to deal with.
