待ち時間も２時間なので、会社員にはお勧めしない。

コロナのこのご時世、気持ちは分かります。
他の患者さんが居ますから、自分達も患者も守らなくてはいけない。
だからと言って、症状によっては別室に案内します。そのたった一言ですが、非常にとっても不快感を与える言い方をされました。
喘息だからって、可能性がある。
それは分かるけれど、ご案内の伝え方、もう少し配慮してほしい。
電話、受付は病院の顔です。
先生は素晴らしいかもわかりません。
ですが、たった1分の電話でここには行きたくない。そう思いました。
現在東京で感染者21人ですよ。
予約無しで診察しているのなら、受付した際に判断しているのならば、この電話でそんな言い方しなくても？と思いました。
