弱者を見下した対応です。
専門的な知識のないスタッフが主に対応している為、ミスも多い。
迂闊に相談しないほうが良いと思います。
相談者に寄り添わない弁護士事務所です。
The office staff are quite awful.

I think that it is better not to talk to the circumstances.

For the first time this time, I was in charge of the matter for aging support, but it was an accurate instruction and a prompt response. The price is clear and cheap, so I recommend it.

I think bankruptcy proceedings are overwhelmingly cheaper than other law firms. However, you have to wait a long time until the bankruptcy proceedings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 債務整理について相談したかったのですが、電話口(対応して頂いたのは女性。弁護士の方ではなく、恐らく事務の方。)でいかにも面倒臭そうに素っ気なく応対されました。時間も受付終了時間に近かったから尚更でしょうか。更に受話器の向こうからは女性達の笑い声が聞こえてたのも印象が悪かったです。最後は事務的に何かまたあれば電話下さいと言われましたが、もう二度としないでしょう。
I wanted to talk about debt consolidation, but I was taken care of by the telephone (a woman who responded, probably not a lawyer, but probably a clerical worker). Is it even more so because the time was close to the reception end time? Furthermore, it was a bad impression that I could hear the laughter of women from the other side of the receiver. At the end, I was told to call me if there was something else in the office, but I will never do it again.
