★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日眼鏡の掛け具合に違和感を感じ、メガネ屋を探したら、近くの大宮そごうにあったので行ってみた。
他店で買った物と説明したが、気持ち良く受けてくれた！ テンプル？が曲がっていたらしく、「見え方にも影響するからね〜」といろいろ詳しく説明もしてくれ、本当に感謝！
男性の社員さんかな？フレンドリーで気持ち良く対応してくれ有り難う御座いました。
これからメガネはここだ！

名前は確か斎藤。
いらっしゃいませやありがとうございましたの挨拶が無い。
調整をお願いしたら、フィッティングしないで無言でメガネを持っていき、「ネジ絞めときました」の一言だけでメガネを返してくる。
普通は調整する前に客にかけてもらい、調整後も合ってるか客にかけてもらいますよね？
これでクソ接客されるの2回目。
イワキメガネにくら替えしようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客はイマイチ。某ルーペメーカーの消耗品を購入できるか尋ねたところ、メーカーに問い合わせてくれの一点張り。回答は正しいのかもしれないけど、とても百貨店の対応とは思えない。ちなみに2フロア下がって渡り廊下を少しいった量販店さんへ行ったら…。あまりにもサービスが良かったので2つ目のハ・・ルーペを追加購入しました。
