登龍門的タクシー会社です。ただ、近くに車庫なし、洗車場なし、シャワー設備なし。だから、車庫の空き無ければ基本自腹、洗車代自腹。通勤、交通費一切無し。自腹多いが手当て一切なし。。 日本交通が完全親会社。最近は親会社の言いなりで不自由になりました。自由に出来る環境ではなくなりました。良くもなければ悪くもない。むしろ最近は悪化してますね。 もともと、日曜日は基本的に休みだったが、日本交通本体から減車要請で日曜日もシフトされる羽目に。 労働組合は、小規模で存在してるが、性格に難ある担当部長が露骨に妨害工作してます。その1つの方法でニセの組合(乗務員の会)が有りますが組合ではありません。ただの遊びの会。それを利用して組合に見せる方法を取ってます。 この会社は日本交通の中では規則的に緩いが、それに甘える乗務員がいて、事故、違反、放置車両が多く、毎年、優良事業所をギリギリで通過しているという始末。担当部長が採用する人材にも問題あり、独り言をブツブツ言う年配女性やクレームばかり言われてくるクレーム四天王がいたり。1年に何度も事故して怒られても、次の日には何も無かったようにまた、事故して怒られてるベトコン野郎。その問題児たちは、死亡事故でもしないかぎりクビにはなりません。また、学習能力の低い乗務員による度重なる事故にも、常々、保険適用で処理して、その当事者には始末書程度、若干の実費負担のみでクビには絶対ならない凄く乗務員に対し寛大な会社です。おかげで無事故、無違反の乗務員には何も還元なし。正直者が正に馬鹿をみる会社です。 隔日勤務は、基本13日(12日+1日公出)勤務。有給休暇はこの部長の許可がないと使えないし、有給手当ては最低賃金×2日(1乗務分の有給休暇は2日消化)で半日走れば稼げる程度の金額しかもらえないし、有給使えば、12勤しかできないから稼げなくなるシステム。 四半期ごとのストック式ボーナス、退職金は一切無し。売上に対し一定の率で給料支払いとなります。仮に月100万円の売上有った場合、額面55万円位。年収650位が妥当で最高クラスの賃金です。 先に述べたように、タクシーの登龍門的会社ですので、売上作る方法などあまり考えずに走ればなんとかなります。無線なるし、カード、ネット決済、電子マネー、チケット、名刺とほぼ何でも支払い可能のタクシー会社ですから、ある程度道を知り、接客できればなんてことない仕事となります。ただ、タクシーでもっと稼ぎたいのなら、日本交通以外の他の会社のほうが歩合率が高いですので上手く出来れば稼げます。 何も考えずに日々平穏に暮らしたい人向きのタクシー会社ですね(笑) タクシー業界ですから定年等で辞めた後、ぽっくり死ぬ人多いです。 ビート!元気か?
