も	もーもー太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もはや唐揚げではない ■お店の紹介蒲田の名店、鳥久。いつも行列になっておりお昼頃にはお弁当がどんどん売り切れていきます。お弁当販売のお店のとなりがお惣菜のお店となっていてブランドを分けているようです。「からたつ」と名乗っていますが、鳥久の唐揚げを売っています。お弁当店のほうはいつもながらに長蛇の列ですが、からたつのほうは2,3人だけ。すぐ買うことができました。 ■行った時間日曜12時 ■飲食したものと感想特製唐揚げ　1枚　220円見た目は白く粉が花咲くスタイル。一般的に唐揚げって余分な粉を落として揚げるのが良しとされていますが、こちらはたっぷり片栗粉を残しているようです。見た目が特徴的になりますが、白い部分が油っぽくなります。大したことないやろ、と思っていたのですが、これすごいですよね。唐揚げではないですね。ものすごい肉汁量にびっくり。鳥の脂とエキスが溢れ出してくるのです。下味はシンプル、余計なスパイスや香料はなく、醤油ベースの味付けが純粋に鳥の旨みと引き出します。これぞ職人技です。最近唐揚げ業界は小さい路面店が増えていますが、明らかに両者を隔てる壁は大きく厚い。家族で食べるには少しお高いお値段ですが、ごちそう価格としては安いです。 ■内装・雰囲気和の店構えで綺麗です。昔からあるお店のようですがどこかで改装してるんですな。 ■接客・サービス 1枚しか僕にも丁寧な接客をしてくださいました。常連さんが多いので、他のお客さんと談笑もされていました。 No longer fried ■ Introduction of the shop Kamata's famous store, Torihisa.
