The waiting time is long. The teacher changes depending on the day of the week. I had a medical examination the other day because my child was not feeling well. I also asked for influenza vaccination.

診察に2時間とか待たさせることも。診察室、処置室は狭くてあまり整理整頓されてない感じ。それはまぁいいとして。
診察後の会計にも30分待たされるのは改善してもらいたい。人なのか、システムなのか、見直してほしい。会計は翌日払うとかダメなら早く払わせて帰りたい。

You can also wait for 2 hours for the examination. The examination room and treatment room are small and are not well organized. That's okay.
I would like you to improve the waiting for 30 minutes after the examination. I want you to review whether it is a person or a system. I want to pay the next day or let me pay early if I can't.

平気で2〜3時間は待たされる事があるので時間の無いかたは要注意です。
ドクター達の治療はなかなか丁寧なのが残念です。
The order is messed up regardless of the reception order. Is it the mood of the receptionist? ❓
If you don't have time, be careful as you may have to wait for 2-3 hours.
It is a pity that the treatment of the doctors is quite polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お医者様（院長）も看護師さんも本当に丁寧で対応も素晴らしいのに、ひとりの受付の女性のせいで台無しになる。
一年以上のクチコミで書いてあるのも納得。
The doctor (director) and the nurse are really polite and the correspondence is wonderful, but one woman at the reception ruins it.
It is understandable that it is written by word of mouth for over a year.

マンモグラフィーの健診では寝る位置が悪いと服を引っ張って体を動かされました。
受付のおばさん、いつも機嫌が悪いので気分が悪いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人間ドック受診予約していましたが、事前の郵送分を紛失してしまったため、電話で丁寧に説明してその旨を伝えました。
その結果、電話応答された受付の女性が、露骨に嫌な声で返答があり、こちらは思わず閉口。
一瞬、そのまま電話を切ってやろうかと思いましたが、ぐっと6秒我慢。。
お客様相手に、どんな対応だ！！
こんなクリニック、次回からは絶対的に利用しませんし、誰にもオススメできません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応は一見親切だが、コロナの疑いで発熱外来を受診した際、何の説明もなく3種類の検査をされ5,000円も請求された。
※コロナ関連の検査が無料なのと初診料がかかることは事前に確認済み
「採血しますね。よろしいですか？」という確認はあったが、特に説明がないということはコロナ検査の一環かと思い、はいと答えるほかない。
さらに、最後の検査の結果が後日になることは知らされたが、いつどのような方法で知らされるのかは説明されず。
翌日電話で確認したところ「こちらからは特に案内しないので、3-４日後に電話で確認した上で来院してください」とのこと。
コロナ禍で大変だろうとは思って5,000円は諦めていたが、これだともはや最後の検査が本当に必要なものだったのかも怪しいので、検査結果は捨てて二度と来院しない。
