★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 趣味で木彫りをやってるのですが、徳泉寺の木喰像は11体もあり、保存状態も素晴らしいものでした。木喰ファンには堪らない処です。
I am carving wood as a hobby, but there are 11 Mokujiki statues at Tokusenji Temple, and they are in excellent condition. It is a place that is unbearable for Mokujiki fans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天竜浜名湖鉄道の宮口駅から5kmほど北上した山あいにある、臨済宗方広寺派の寺院です。
江戸時代、木喰五行上人が83歳の時に刻んだ十一体の「木造十王坐像・木造葬頭河婆半跏像（浜松市指定有形文化財）」が一般公開されています。
掘谷の集落手前の分岐を左方向に進み、徳泉寺西の道から車で境内に入ることができます。
It is a temple of the Rinzai sect Hokoji school located in the mountains about 5km north of Miyaguchi Station on the Tenryu Hamanako Railway.
In the Edo period, the ten-piece "Wooden Ten Kings sitting statue, wooden burial head Kawabo half-buddha statue (a tangible cultural property designated by Hamamatsu City)" carved by Mokujiki Gogyo at the age of 83 is open to the public.
You can enter the precincts by car from the road west of Tokusenji, following the branch in front of the village of Higashidani to the left.
