★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店でバイクを購入したが､店主のツルマキが当店で購入したら購入後の整備等しっかりやります。整備してから引き渡すとの事で購入したがまったくの嘘だった。
まず整備せず車体を引渡し､現状引き渡しだった。また店主自ら整備するのではなく､整備担当の者が整備したとのことで見ず知らずの輩みたいな奴から私の元に電話がきた。話してる内容が支離滅裂で挙句ウチの店で買うなとまで言われて話にならなかった。その旨を店主に伝えたら平謝りだけでなにも対応がなく不愉快極まりない。そしてさらに納得いかないのがこの店の店主､ツルマキは二輪の整備の資格を持っていなかった､バイク整備の知識がなかったのである。こんな人間がホンダのメーカーの看板を下げて輪業を営んでいるなんてあってはならないと思う。
I bought a motorcycle at this shop, but if the owner Tsurumaki buys it at our shop, I will do maintenance after purchase. I bought it after servicing it, but it was a lie.
First of all, the car body was handed over without maintenance, and it was handed over as it is. Also, instead of the shop owner maintaining it himself, the person in charge of maintenance said that it was maintained, so a stranger-like person called me. The content I was talking about was incoherent, and I was told not to buy it at my store. When I told the shop owner to that effect, I just apologized and there was no response and it was extremely unpleasant. And even more disappointing is that the owner of this shop, Tsurumaki, was not qualified for motorcycle maintenance and had no knowledge of motorcycle maintenance. I don't think it should be possible for such a person to lower the signboard of a Honda manufacturer and run a wheel business.
