★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 防犯登録番号を付けて貰おうとしたら、「原則買った店で付けてください」と言われ、ネットで購入した旨を伝えても一向に聞き入れてもらえませんでした。静岡県の防犯登録所に登録されているにも関わらずこのような対応をするのはいかがなものかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店購入の息子の自転車の修理をお願いしたく電話したとこ、「すぐに持って来ていいですよ」と言ってくれました。無事なのはライト関係と右ブレーキのみという笑、ガタがきているのは素人目にも見てわかるほどでしたので、修理にいくらくらいかかるのかをお店の方と相談した結果、新しい自転車を購入することにしました。登録費用、消費税、全て入っての値段が表示されていたので、「あといくらかかるのかな？」と心配しなくて良かったです。新しい自転車を取りに行ったらお店の方のご好意で、持ち込んだ壊れた自転車のソーラー反射板を新しい自転車に付け替えてくださってあって、思い出の詰まった自転車の反射板が付いて息子はすごく喜んでいました。

定休日でも、備え付けの用紙に修理内容を書いて置くと修理してくれますし、電話連絡すれば営業時間外の引き取りも応じてくれました。
近隣には自転車通学の青少年が多いこともあって、色々と融通をきかせてくれるようです。
電話が通じにくいことがあったり、臨時休業もありますが、個人営業なので仕方ないでしょう
