ここでは数年間、お世話になりました。その節は、ありがとうございました。しかし、問題も多々ありました。単刀直入に申しますとスタッフからの利用者さんと面会人へのいやがせともいじめとも取れるやり方です。人間ですので嫌な気持ちや、人に強く言ってしまう気持ちはわかりますが度が過ぎています。度が過ぎるのが日常的なのでなにから指摘したらいいかわからないくらいです。（具体的に何があったか書くと個人を特定される可能性があるのでこの程度の抽象度で）人は、出会った時、その人は、現在、人生で一番辛い時かもしれません。ですのでスタッフへの再教育並びに再研修（施設長も含めて）にて、改善できるところは改善してもらいたいものです。しかし、現場の声もありますので出来る限りの利用者、利用者の家族、スタッフの共存を希望します。
