★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新年度にスーツや小物等を新調しようと伺いました。他のお客さんも居たので忙しいのかと思い暫く店内をウロウロしましたが挨拶も声掛けもなく無視され続けたので帰りました。時間を無駄にしました。
 I asked you to buy new suits and accessories in the new year. I wandered around the store for a while, thinking that I was busy because there were other customers, but I went home because it continued to be ignored without greetings or voices. I wasted my time.

20秒ほど息子の採寸したあと、ぴったりの礼服を出していただき、試着も含めて15分で支払いまで終わりました。
The correspondence of the male clerk was very good.
After measuring my son for about 20 seconds, he gave me the perfect formal wear, and in 15 minutes including fitting, the payment was completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素敵な店員さんがいた。自分のことを息子のように扱ってくれる優しい店員だ。スーツを買いにきたのだが、サイズ合わせやネクタイ選びも私にとって最適なモノをじっくり選んでくれ、裾合わせも迅速だった。久しぶりに気持ちいい接客に出会った。また来たいなあ。
There was a nice clerk. A gentle clerk who treats himself like a son. I came to buy a suit, but he carefully selected the best size and tie for me, and the hem was quick. I met a pleasant customer service for the first time in a long time. I want to come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、南高田店でお世話になった市川さんが、若槻店に異動になったと、小耳にはさみました。主人のフォーマルが きつくなり、市川さんにお世話になろうと決めました。店が空いているのをいい事に、皆で話しこんでしまいました。懐かしく、楽しい二時間でした。
I heard that Mr. Ichikawa, who was indebted to me at the Minamitakada store, was transferred to the Wakatsuki store. My husband's formal wear became so tight that I decided to take care of Mr. Ichikawa. Everyone talked about the fact that the store was vacant. It was a nostalgic and fun two hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市内でいくつもスーツを買ってきたが量販店で、初回のヒアリングから圧倒的な接客力と的確なアドバイス(アフターケアの手法や長期使用を見据えたスーツの選び方等)を頂けたのはこのお店だけでした。また、市内いくつかのアオキでも意識が1段階レベルが高く感じ、スタッフ同士での教育や連携が密に取れている印象。スーツに困ったら時間がかかっても相談しに来たい！と思えるそんなお店です。今後のさらなる成長や期待を含め、星をひとつ減らしてますが気持ちは満点、ココロも満タン。

It was only a shop. If you have a problem with your suit, I would like to come and talk to you even if it takes time! It is such a shop that you can think of. I have reduced the number of stars by one, including further growth and expectations in the future, but my feelings are perfect and my heart is full.
