★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは、生ゆば3枚くらい入ってて500円、乾燥湯葉結構入ってて一袋500円でした。お店の中上を見ると感心してしばらく見上げてました。和風とゆうか日本的と言えばいいのか・・・湯葉はとても美味しかったです。
It was 500 yen for about 3 fresh yuba and 500 yen for a dry yuba bag. I was impressed when I looked inside the store and looked up for a while. Whether it's Japanese or Japanese... Yuba was very delicious.

閉店した住吉の山口豆腐の湯葉です✨
数年掛かってやっと見つけました！
生湯葉、柔らかくて、濃くて、コレよコレ！
青ネギたっぷりかけてポン酢で
生ハムで巻いてオリーブオイルで
久々の美味しい湯葉を堪能しました。
Yoichi, a tofu shop, taught me and went to buy.
It's the Yuba of Yamaguchi Tofu of Sumiyoshi which closed.
It took me several years to finally find it!
Raw Yuba, soft, thick, this!
Plenty of green onion and ponzu sauce
Wrap with ham and olive oil
I enjoyed the delicious Yuba after a long time.
