座禅用の建物の中で約40分から1時間座禅を組み、その後説法。毎日正しい行いをしていればお釈迦様は観てるから報われるみないな説法でした。ただ、警策3回もらいまして痛かったたので星３つ。

In the building for zazen, meditation is done for about 40 minutes to 1 hour, and then preaching. If you did the right thing every day, Shaka-sama would be watching, so it was a rewarding preaching. However, I got 3 guards and it hurt, so I got 3 stars.

間近で力士同士のぶつかり合いを見ると迫力がありますねぇ。(@_@)
稽古の後、お相撲さんに抱っこしてもらいたくて赤ちゃんを連れてきているお母さんや家族連れの姿が微笑ましかったです。
