清	清水次郎長 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浄土真宗本願寺派　児峰山　東光寺天文年間(1532~)清水誓玄が柞原村三本松（現在の正面寺）に　本光寺を建立した。　元和年間（1615~)二代目良玄が現在地に　移転した。寺伝には、寺の東に光り輝く霊光を見て現在地に移され、名を東光寺と改めた。　中興の7代、了空は、安永7年(1778) ８０歳で没し、辞世の歌を残している。８０年来　何の為す所ぞ　すべて苦患に沈み　一事無しただ今夜願船に乗るを喜ぶ　しばしの間彼の地の蓮台に座すべし現住職は第十五世。本尊　阿弥陀如来昭和50年　本堂を丸瓦葺きから　銅板葺きにし　屋根の負担をかるくした。平成7年庫裡を新築し　山門、鐘楼も新築した。　平成27年に　檀徒の要望により　納骨堂を新築　更に内陣を京都の専門職により修理、彩色して　金色に輝くお浄土を再現した。 Jodo Shinshu Honganji School Komineyama Tokoji Temple During the astronomical year (1532-), Shogen Shimizu built Honkoji Temple in Yusuhara Village Sanbonmatsu (currently the front temple).
