どれも固くて、まだコンビニやスーパーのほうが美味しいと思えるほどだった。
何故か皮だけ、スーパー等でよく見る持ち手に｢かわ｣と書かれている串だった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で行ったついでに前から気になっていたのでちょっと寄ってみたのですが、なんともアットホームな感じのお店で、チャーシュー買ってみました。
これで作ったチャーシュー丼は最高に美味かった！
あとはモツ煮も流石肉屋さんと言った感じで臭みも全く無く柔らかくて美味。
次はもう少し早い時間に行って揚げ物トライしてみます。
