k	kei o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現状ここより美味しいカツ丼に出会った事はありません、個人的には日本一美味しいです。ロースとヒレが選べます、どちらも美味しいですが個人的にはロースの方が好みでした。厨房を見れば上質な豚肉を使っているのが見て解ると思います、丁寧に叩いてサラッと揚げます。揚げたてのトンカツを包丁で切る音も軽快で食欲をそそられます。といた玉子をかければ完成は目前です。味付けは優しく、玉子と豚肉の美味しさがしっかりとわかります。かといって薄味と言う訳ではなく甘さと塩加減は絶妙です。豚肉はほんのり赤みが残り弱冠のレア感です、柔らかく噛めば抵抗なく噛み切れます。昼はランチ営業をしておりランチメニューをやっています。お酒も頼めば出してもらえます。夜は居酒屋として営業していますが、食事のみでも優しく対応してくれます。揚屋と店名にあるのは伊達ではなく、勿論揚げ物はどれも絶品です。衣はサクサクと気持ちのよい食感で、パン粉の美味しさも感じられます。フライも天ぷらもとにかく美味しく、マスターも気さくで優しい人柄が見た目に出ている優しい方で、気持ちよく食事ができるお店です。 I've never met a delicious katsu-don from here, it's the best in Japan.
