P	Pei-chih Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 拉麵好吃，湯頭濃淡適中，滷肉(非叉燒)很入味。 (2018.06.30新增) 2017年的樣子，老闆推出了除了拉麵以外的菜色，推薦韭菜豆芽炒豬肝、韭菜炒蛋、麻婆豆腐、炸雞塊，老闆的炒飯也很好吃。基本上這家從麵、飯到各式菜餚，調味都很好吃，跟日本餐廳常口味太重不同。而且老闆為人熱情親切，店內座位雖然不多(約10-12個座位)，但呈現溫馨的用餐氣氛。店內現在也提供多樣酒精飲料，調酒的部分老闆抓得剛剛好，不會太淡也不會太濃，喝起來沒負擔也不覺得跟喝汽水一樣。雖然斜對面的「百步拉麵」常常客滿且大排長龍，不過我個人覺得這兩家拉麵店各有千秋，也不必太執著於排隊名店。現在「秀拉麵」還跟不同的外送業者合作，所以住在附近的居民不用一定要到店裡也能嘗到好吃的美食。 The ramen is delicious, the soup is moderately thick and the braised pork (not char siu) is very tasty.
