不動産購入の流れを素人にも理解できるよう丁寧に教えて下さり、徐々に購入を現実的に考えられるようになりました。
実際に物件を探す際にも、この希望条件は本当に必要か？このデメリットは許容できるか？等１つ１つ、一緒に考えて下さいました。
結果、金額的にも条件的にも満足の出来る物件を購入することが出来、感謝しております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 分譲マンション物件の売買で鈴木社長にお世話になりました。自分が住む家を買うなんて初めてのことで何を用意すれば良いか何も分からず唐突にこの家を買いたいと伝えると手取り足取り事細かに何をすれば良いか教えて頂きました。鈴木社長はアームレスリングのチャンピオンだけでなく相撲も極められているとのことで、不動産の事で分からないことはまさしく胸を借りるつもりで体当たりで質問すればどんな角度からの質問もどっしり受け止めてもらえると思います。そしてそんな体育会系不動産かと思いきや、不動産クリニックと標榜している通り、まるでドクターの様に患者(顧客)の話を問診傾聴し、診察(分析)して最適の解決策や改善策を処方してくれます。ちょっと褒めすぎですか？笑 でも本当に頼りになる方です。この先もずっと何かあれば頼らせていただきます。
