山形の食材を活かしたお料理の数々、ウエディングドレスの色当てアンケート、美味しくて驚き‼️のウェディングケーキ?、キャンドル?メッセージ等等、主役とプランター、スタッフさんが練りに練ったんだろうなぁと、心あたたまる素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来ました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素敵なチャペルと美容師の腕が素晴らしい。でも、プランにあったエステは、ピリピリして痛みがある。何より担当プランナーの態度が悪かった。タメ口だったし、打ち合わせ時間になっても奥でガールズトークをしていた。当日、新婦を怒鳴ってきて、他のスタッフが謝ってくれたが。打ち合わせしたことが、他のスタッフに伝わってないのか？、当日ミスが多く、謝罪がない。追加料金払えの一点張りの態度。料理も上座と下座で量が違っていたそうです。パンの数も打ち合わせの時より一個少なかった。花屋、料理の打ち合わせにもプランナーが同席し、内容を把握し、最後まで責任を持って誠実な態度でいて欲しい。そして、新郎新婦と相性の良いスタッフを選べるシステムにして欲しい。
