名前にもなっているカメさんのかわいいベンチもあり、お子さん達が座ったりしている姿も見かけます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戸越駅から徒歩で6～7分の場所に在り、公園名の由来となった「亀｣がふんだんに設置されている。近くには文庫の森公園、戸越公園が在ります。トイレ無し。
It is located 6 to 7 minutes on foot from Togoshi Station, and there are plenty of "turtles" that gave the name of the park. Bunko no Mori Park and Togoshi Park are nearby. No toilet.
