ボール遊び専用？の区画がネットで囲われているのも良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭いながらも、ボール遊びが出来る貴重な公園です。昼間は、しばしば近隣の園児たちのお散歩ラッシュに。17時には出入口が施錠されます。
Although it is small, it is a valuable park where you can play with balls. In the daytime, it is often a rush for walks by nearby children. The doorway will be locked at 17:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 午後二時半くらいに行きましたが入り口付近に子連れママが５組くらい陣取っていらっしゃっておっさんには入りづらい雰囲気でした。
トイレがめちゃキレイでした。公園自体が新しそうな感じです。
あの子連れママどもがいなければ☆５でした。
I went there around 2:30 pm, but there were about 5 groups of moms with children near the entrance, so it was difficult for the old man to enter.
The toilet was really clean. The park itself seems to be new.
Without those moms with children, it would have been ☆ 5.

There is no space, so it feels like you have pushed the playground equipment and the ball game field. The children were having fun playing.
