★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、ららぽーと東郷に来たついでにメガネを購入しました。
東郷までは、10キロ以上離れていたため自宅近くの店舗で受け取ることにしました。
電子マネーで支払いをしようと思いましたが、店員さんが受け取り時の支払いでもいいとの事でした。
再度、自宅近くの店舗でも電子マネーの支払いができるかと尋ねると、大丈夫との事でした。
でも、自宅近くの店舗では支払いはできませんでした。
東郷店に問い合わせると謝罪はされますが再度、わざわざ受け取りに行くに対しては配慮はできないとの事！（こちらは何一つミスをしてないのに、口先だけの謝罪で済ます感じ！)
2度デマになるし、ガソリン代はかかるし最悪です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眼鏡を見ていたら洗浄してくれるとの事でお願いしたら鼻の部分も無料交換して下さいました。
ちょうど欲しい眼鏡もあったので購入し度を合わせてもらっている時に、古い眼鏡にくもり止めまでしてくださっていた事を知りビックリ！それもこちらからくもり止めの話をふるまで話されませんでした。
色々な眼鏡屋さんで購入してきましたが担当の方(齋藤さん)が素晴らしかったです。
古い眼鏡も購入店で直してもらっても直らず持ち歩いたままだったのでお願いしてみたら的確に直してもらい使えるようになりました。
子供連れでしたが子供が愚図りそうな時にこっそりとあやしてくれているのも助かりました！
また何かあればお願いしたくなるそんなお店です。
